23-year-old Alexandra Försterling wins her first tournament on the Ladies European Tour at Golfpark Holzhäusern.
With two birdies on the last two holes, the Berlin native Alexandra secured with a total score of 205 strokes (15 under par) the winner's cheque for 45,000 euros at the VP Bank Swiss Ladies Open.
Kim Métraux, in 22nd place, is the best-ranked Swiss player at the tournament, which has a prize money of 300,000 euros; Nathalie Armbrüster is the only amateur to make the cut finishing in 63rd place.
